۞ And when the son of Maryam (Mary) is quoted as an example [i.e. 'Iesa (Jesus) is worshipped like their idols), behold! Your people cry aloud (laugh out at the example). 57 saying, "Are our gods better or him?" -- they cite him only to challenge you: they are a contentious people -- 58 He is only a servant We blessed, and We made him to be an example to the Children of Israel. 59 And if We willed, We could have established angels on the earth instead of you. 60 He is certainly the sign of the Hour (of change). So have no doubt about it, and listen to me. This is the straight path. 61 And let not Satan turn you aside. Lo! he is an open enemy for you. 62 And when Jesus came with the clear signs he said, 'I have come to you with wisdom, and that I may make clear to you some of that whereon you are at variance; so fear you God and obey you me. 63 Assuredly God is my Lord and your Lord; therefore serve Him; this is a straight path.' 64 But the factions among them differed. Then woe unto those who do wrong from the doom of a painful day. 65 They await but the Hour: that it should come upon them of a sudden, while they perceive not. 66 On that Day, [erstwhile] friends will be foes unto one another - [all] save the God-conscious. 67

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
