Al-Zukhruf 7 of 7
O My worshipers, there is no fear for you on this Day, nor will you grieve 68 even those who believed in Our signs, and had surrendered themselves 69 Enter the Garden, ye and your spouses, joyfully. 70 To them will be passed large platters and cups of gold. There will be all that souls desire and all that eyes delight in. (And it will be said:) 'There you shall live for ever. 71 And that is Paradise which you are made to inherit for what you used to do. 72 Herein you will have abundant fruits of which you will eat.” 73 Surely the guilty shall abide in the chastisement of hell. 74 We had not done any injustice to them but they had wronged themselves. 75 We wronged them not, but they it was who did the wrong. 76 And they cry: O master! Let thy Lord make an end of us. He saith: Lo! here ye must remain. 77 Verily We have brought the Truth to you: but most of you have a hatred for Truth. 78 If the disbelievers persist in their disbelief, We shall also persist in punishing them. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsel? (Yes We do) and Our Messengers (appointed angels in charge of mankind) are by them, to record. 80 Say, "If the All Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship him." 81 Purity is to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from all what they fabricate. 82 So let them thou alone wading and sporting until they meet the Day which they are promised. 83 He it is Who is God in the heavens and the earth. He is the Most Wise, the All-Knowing. 84 Exaltations to Him to whom belong the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them! With Him is the knowledge of the Hour and to Him you shall be returned. 85 And those whom they worship besides Allah do not have the right of intercession – the right of intercession is only for those who testify to the Truth and have knowledge. 86 And if thou ask them who created them, they will surely say: Allah. How then are they turned away? 87 (God has knowledge of Muhammad's words when he complains to Him), "My Lord, these, my people, do not believe". 88 But turn away from them, and say "Peace!" But soon shall they know! 89

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
