We saved the Children of Israel from their humiliating torment 30 from Pharaoh who was most prominent among the prodigals. 31 And assuredly We elected them with knowledge above the worlds. 32 And We gave them signs in which lay clear favours. 33 Most surely these do say: 34 "There is nothing beyond our first death, and we shall not be raised again. 35 Bring back to life our fathers if what you say is true". 36 Are they better or the people of Tubba and those afore them? We destroyed them; verily they were culprits. 37 We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, out of play. 38 We did not create them both but with the truth, but most of them do not know. 39 Verily, the Day of Judgement (when Allah will judge between the creatures) is the time appointed for all of them, 40 The Day when no relation will avail a relation at all, nor will they be helped - 41 except for those to whom God grants mercy. He is Majestic and All-merciful. 42
