Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Indeed, the tree of zaqqum 43 The food of the sinner! 44 Like dregs of oil, it will boil in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 “Then pour on his head the punishment of boiling water.” 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
