Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 Like dregs of oil, it will boil in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
