The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste; you forsooth are the mighty, the honorable: 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 So be on the watch; they too are on the watch. 59
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
