In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Those who disbelieve and bar from God's way, God will send their works astray. 1 And those who believe and do good works and believe in that which is revealed unto Muhammad - and it is the truth from their Lord - He riddeth them of their ill-deeds and improveth their state. 2 That is because those who refuse to believe only follow what is false; but those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. That is how God gives men precepts of wisdom. 3 So, when you clash with the unbelievers, smite their necks until you overpower them, then hold them in bondage. Then either free them graciously or after taking a ransom, until war shall have come to end. If God had pleased He could have punished them (Himself), but He wills to test some of you through some others. He will not allow the deeds of those who are killed in the cause of God to go waste. 4 God will lead them to everlasting happiness and improve their condition. 5 He will admit them into the Garden He has already made known to them. 6 O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet. 7 And (as for) those who disbelieve, for them is destruction and He has made their deeds ineffective. 8 they have hated God's revelation, and thus, He has made their deeds devoid of all virtue. 9 ۞ Have they not travelled through the earth, and seen what was the end of those before them? Allah destroyed them completely and a similar (fate awaits) the disbelievers. 10 that is because Allah is the Guardian of the believers, and the unbelievers have no guardian. 11
