Q (Qaaf)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Qaf; by oath of the Glorious Qur’an. 1 Nay! they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, so the unbelievers say: This is a wonderful thing: 2 that after we die and become dust, we shall be brought back to life again. This seems far from reality". 3 We know all what the earth decreases from them; and with Us is a Book that retains. 4 Nay, but they cried lies to the truth when it came to them, and so they are in a case confused. 5 Do they not look at the sky above them - how We have built it and made it beautiful and free of all faults? 6 And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, 7 All these are to serve as eye openers and as a lesson to every being who is prone to turn (to the Truth). 8 And We sent down the auspicious water from the sky, therefore producing gardens with it, and the grain that is harvested. 9 and tall palm-trees with clusters of dates 10 As a provision for men, and enlivened a region that was dead. Even thus will be the life after death. 11 The people of Noah, dwellers of the Ra's, Thamud, 12 And the tribe of A’ad, and Firaun, and the fellowmen of Lut. 13 dwellers of the forest, and the people of Tubba had all rejected the Prophets. Thus, they became subject to Our torment. 14 What, were We wearied by the first creation? No, indeed; yet they are in doubt about a new creation. 15
