Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 When the two Receivers receive (him), seated on the right hand and on the left, 17 not a word he utters, but by him is an observer ready. 18 And the agony of death cometh in truth. (And it is said unto him): This is that which thou wast wont to shun. 19 And the Horn shall be blown; that is the Day of Threat! 20 And every soul cometh, along with it a driver and a witness. 21 (He will be told), "You were completely heedless of this day. We have removed the veil from your eyes and your vision will now be sharp and strong". 22 His (angelic) companion will say, "(Lord), the record of his deeds is with me and is all ready". 23 It will be said to the angels, “Both of you fling every excessive ungrateful, stubborn person into hell.” 24 forbidder of good, transgressor and doubter, 25 Who made [as equal] with Allah another deity; then throw him into the severe punishment." 26 ۞ His satanic companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not mislead him, but he himself went astray". 27 He shall say, 'Dispute not before Me! For I sent you beforehand -- the threat. 28 My Word is not changed; and never do I inflict the least wrong upon My servants.” 29
