And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 When the two angels meet together, sitting one on the right, and one on the left, 17 not even a word can he utter but there is a watcher with him, ever-present. 18 And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying to avoid. 19 And the Horn will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the threat. 20 And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 (It will be said): 'Of this you have been heedless. Therefore, we have now removed your covering. Today your sight is sharp' 22 His companion will say: "Here is (the record) I have ready with me." 23 'Cast, you twain, into Gehenna every froward unbeliever, 24 Preventer of good, aggressor, and doubter, 25 and has set up another deity with Allah. Hurl him into the grievous torment.” 26 ۞ Man's other self' will say: "O our Sustainer! It was not I that led his conscious mind into evil [nay,] but it had gone far astray [of its own accord]! 27 He will say: "Dispute not with each other in My Presence: I had already in advance sent you Warning. 28 The sentence that cometh from Me cannot be changed, and I am in no wise a tyrant unto the slaves. 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
