Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing 1 by the clouds which are heavily loaded with water, 2 then the easy runners (the ships); 3 Then by oath of those which distribute by the command. 4 Verily the promise made to you is true: 5 The Judgement will indeed take place. 6 By heaven with all its tracks 7 Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran). 8 Let whoever wishes, turn away from Our Quran. 9 Cursed be the liars, 10 Who are in a gulf (of ignorance) neglectful; 11 They ask: when is the Day of Requital coming? 12 It will be the Day when they are tormented at the Fire. 13 "Taste ye your trial! This is what ye used to ask to be hastened!" 14 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and fountains. 15 Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good. 16 Little of the night would they slumber, 17 And in the morning they asked forgiveness. 18 And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived. 19 AND ON EARTH there are signs [of God's existence, visible] to all who are endowed with inner certainty, 20 And in your own selves; so can you not perceive? 21 And in heaven is your provision and also what you are being promised. 22 Then, by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth (i.e. what has been promised to you), just as it is the truth that you can speak. 23
