AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not choose other gods besides Him. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you". 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And advise, for advice benefits the Muslims. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
