We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 And verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
