With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
