We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
