And assuredly unto the household of Fir'awn came the warning. 41 Who denied Our revelations, every one. Therefore We grasped them with the grasp of the Mighty, the Powerful. 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 Soon will their multitude be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 Surely the Hour will be the moment of their promise, and that moment will be calamitous and distressing. 46 Surely the guilty are in error and distress. 47 The day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire: 'Taste now the touch of Sakar!' 48 Surely We have created everything in measure. 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 And (oft) in the past, have We destroyed gangs like unto you: then is there any that will receive admonition? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 Every matter, small and great, is on record. 53 The God-conscious will find themselves in gardens and rivers, 54 honorably seated in the presence of the All-dominant King. 55
