Everyone on it must pass away. 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 28 Everyone in the heavens and on the earth entreats Him. Every day He manifests Himself in a new state. 29 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 30 We will attend to you, O prominent beings. 31 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 34 The flames of fire and smoke will be sent on you two, then you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 36 Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide. 37 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 38 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn. 39 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 40 The guilty will be known by their marks, and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which of the powers of your Lord, will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 42 This is hell, which the criminals deny. 43 They will go round and around between it and boiling water. 44 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 45
