All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 And there will endure for ever the person of your Lord, the Lord of glory and honor. 27 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 36 When the heaven splits asunder and turns crimson, like red leather. 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn. 39 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 40 (For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 42 This will be the hell which those who are lost in sin [now] call a lie: 43 they shall go round between it, and between a hot, boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 45
