All that is on the earth is doomed to perish, 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 28 On Him depends all creatures in the heavens and on earth; [and] every day He manifests Himself in yet another [wondrous] way. 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 We will attend to you, O prominent beings. 31 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 32 O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]. 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and it becomes red like ointment: 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 On that day no sinner will be questioned about his sins, from men or from jinns. 39 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 40 All who were lost in sin shall by their marks be known, and shall by their forelocks and their feet be seized! 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This will be the hell which those who are lost in sin [now] call a lie: 43 They will run around in blazing fire and boiling water. 44 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 45
