▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But such as fears the Station of his Lord, for them shall be two gardens -- 46 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 49 In [each of] these two [gardens] two springs will flow. 50 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 51 therein of every fruit two kinds -- 52 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 53 They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the Gardens will be near (and easy of reach). 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn. 56 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be other than goodness? 60 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 61 And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens - 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 dark green in color. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 Therein are two gushing fountains of water. 66 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 69 Therein will be damsels agreeable and beauteous. 70 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 71 Fair ones reserved in pavilions - 72 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 73 Whom neither a man or jinn had ever touched before them. 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Honor! 78
