▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors would you then deny? 51 In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 53 They shall recline on couches lined with brocade, and within reach shall hang the fruits of the two Gardens. 54 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 55 Therein are maidens of modest gaze, whom neither a man nor a jinn had ever touched before them. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 lovely as rubies, beautiful as coral -- 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 Could the reward of good be aught but good? 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 Dark-green in colour (from plentiful watering). 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 In which will be two fountains gushing forth. 66 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 67 Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate. 68 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 71 There shall be maidens sheltered in tents. 72 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 73 Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 74 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of your Lord, Majestic, Splendid. 78
