▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
Those who fear their Lord will have two gardens 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 49 In the two gardens there will be two flowing springs. 50 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 53 Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand. 54 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 55 In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 56 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 57 [When you are promised splendours] as though [of] rubies and [of] pearls 58 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be other than goodness? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 Besides those two there shall be two other gardens. 62 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 63 Both [gardens] of the darkest green. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 therein two fountains of gushing water -- 66 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 73 Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
