The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ WHEN THAT which must come to pass [at last] comes to pass, 1 There is about its happening no lie. 2 (Many) will it bring low; (many) will it exalt; 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 and the mountains fragmented 5 and become a dust, scattered, 6 And ye shall be sorted out into three classes. 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 The third to the fore shall be the foremost. 10 (The foremost ones) will be the nearest ones to God 11 In the gardens of bliss. 12 a good many of those of olden times, 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 On thrones woven [with ornament], 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 with goblets, jugs and cups of crystal clear wine 18 that will neither make the head throb, nor intoxicate, 19 And fruits such as they choose, 20 And flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 And [with them will be their] companions pure, most beautiful of eye, 22 like pearls preserved in their shells, 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 They will not hear any unnecessary or sinful talk 25 except each other's greetings of, "Peace be with you". 26 Those on the Right, how fortunate are those on the Right! 27 (They will be) among Lote-trees without thorns, 28 and acacias flower-clad, 29 And in everlasting shade. 30 near to flowing water 31 And plenty of fruits. 32 never-ending and unrestricted, 33 and upraised couches. 34 and the noble maidens that We have created 35 having resurrected them as virgins, 36 loving and of equal age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
