The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. 1 There is, at its occurrence, no denial. 2 The event will be abasing some, and exalting some. 3 when the earth shall be rocked 4 And the mountains shall be crumbled to atoms, 5 Turned to dust, floating in the air, 6 And you (all) will be in three kinds (i.e. separate groups). 7 So those on the right – how (fortunate) are those on the right! 8 Then those of the left hand -- how (unhappy) will be those of the left hand! 9 The foremost ones (in faith and virtue) - the foremost ones in receiving their reward. 10 those are they brought nigh the Throne, 11 In gardens of tranquility; 12 a good many of those of olden times, 13 And a few of those of later time. 14 (They will be) on Thrones encrusted (with gold and precious stones), 15 reclining upon them, facing one another [in love]. 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 Carrying bowls and pitchers – and cups filled with wine flowing before them. 18 that will neither make the head throb, nor intoxicate, 19 And such fruits as they fancy, 20 And flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 and wide-eyed houris 22 Like unto preserved pearls. 23 Reward for what they used to do. 24 They shall not hear therein vain or sinful discourse, 25 But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace)! 26 The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 27 They will live amid the thornless lot trees 28 Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, 29 In shade long-extended, 30 near to flowing water 31 And fruits numberless, 32 Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden, 33 And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high: 34 and the noble maidens that We have created 35 And made them virginal, 36 intensely loving and of matching age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
