▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
Almighty Allah's Truth.
