Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Quran). 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
