1/2 Hizb 54
< random >
۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
