۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
