▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 and you are watching at that time 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
