Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
All whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth proclaims the Purity of Allah; His only is the kingship and His only is all praise; and He is Able to do all things. 1 It is He who created you. One of you is an unbeliever, and one of you a believer; and God sees the things you do. 2 He has created the heavens and the earth in just proportions, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the final Goal. 3 He knows all that is in the heavens and the earth and all that you reveal or conceal. God knows best whatever the hearts contain. 4 Have you not received the news about the disbelievers living before you who suffered the consequences of their deeds and will suffer a painful torment? 5 That was because there came to them messengers with Clear Signs, but they said: "Shall (mere) human beings direct us?" So they rejected (the Message) and turned away. But Allah can do without (them): and Allah is free of all needs, worthy of all praise. 6 The disbelievers pretend that they will never be resurrected (for the Account). Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Yes! By my Lord, you will certainly be resurrected, then you will be informed of (and recompensed for) what you did, and that is easy for Allah. 7 Therefore believe in God and His Messenger, and in the Light which We have sent down. And God is aware of the things you do. 8 The Day that He assembles you (all) for a Day of Assembly,- that will be a Day of mutual loss and gain (among you), and those who believe in Allah and work righteousness,- He will remove from them their ills, and He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever: that will be the Supreme Achievement. 9 But those who denied the truth and rejected Our signs shall be the inmates of the Fire, there to remain -- what an evil destination! 10
