Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
