But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That it is surely the speech brought by messenger honourable. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 It is really a reminder for those who fear God and follow the straight path. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
