Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 Indeed, it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah, 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
