But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Indeed, it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah, 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
