Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect! 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
