Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

So by oath of the things you see. 38 And what you do not see 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect! 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
