Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by all that you can see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 Indeed, it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah, 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
