Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
