So by oath of the things you see. 38 And what you do not see, 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
