Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 that this is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
