Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I swear by all that you can see, 38 And all that ye see not 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
