What is wrong with the disbelievers who roam around you (Muhammad), 36 [To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups? 37 Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss? 38 Not at all, for We have created them of what they know. 39 I do not need to swear by the Lord of the eastern and western regions that We have certainly all the power 40 to replace them by others who would be better than they; and We shall certainly not be overpowered. 41 Wherefore let thou them alone plunging in vanity and sporting until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 The day when they come forth from the graves in haste, as racing to a goal, 43 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; this is the day, which they had been promised. 44
