Nooh 2 of 2
Prayed Nooh, “O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, and they follow the one whose wealth and children increase nothing for him except ruin.” 21 They contrived a plot of great magnitude. 22 They said: “Do not abandon your deities; do not abandon Wadd, nor Suwa, nor Yaghuth, nor Yauq, nor Nasr. 23 And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error." 24 Because of their wrongs they were drowned, then made to enter fire, so they did not find any helpers besides Allah. 25 Noah said, "Lord, do not leave a single disbeliever on earth; 26 if You leave any, they will misguide Your servants, and they will beget none but sinners and deniers of truth -- 27 My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction." 28
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
