Say: "I call on my Lord alone and I do not associate any one with Him." 20 Say: 'Indeed, I possess no power over you, either for harm or for guidance' 21 Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge: 22 if I should fail to convey [to the world whatever illumination comes to me] from God and His messages." Now as for him who rebels against God and His Apostle - verily, the fire of hell awaits him, therein to abide beyond the count of time. 23 Until, when they see that which they are promised, then they will know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I know not whether (the punishment) which you are promised is near or whether my Lord will appoint for it a distant term. 25 He is the Knower of the Unseen, and He does not disclose His Unseen to anyone 26 Save unto every messenger whom He hath chosen, and then He maketh a guard to go before him and a guard behind him 27 (Messenger) so that He would know that the Messengers have conveyed the message of their Lord. He encompasses all that is with them and He keeps a precise account of all things". 28

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
