Say: "I do no more than invoke my Lord, and I join not with Him any (false god)." 20 Say, "It is not in my power to cause you either harm or good?" 21 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "None can protect me from Allah's punishment (if I were to disobey Him), nor should I find refuge except in Him. 22 if I should fail to convey [to the world whatever illumination comes to me] from God and His messages." Now as for him who rebels against God and His Apostle - verily, the fire of hell awaits him, therein to abide beyond the count of time. 23 Until they see what they are promised, when they will understand who is weaker in aid and poorer in numbers. 24 (Muhammad), say, "I do not know whether that with which you have been threatened is close by or whether my Lord will prolong the time of its coming. 25 He is the Knower of the Unseen and does not disclose His Unseen to anyone, 26 "Except a messenger whom He has chosen: and then He makes a band of watchers march before him and behind him, 27 So that He may know that they have truly delivered the messages of their Lord, and He encompasses what is with them and He records the number of all things. 28
