By no means! By the moon, 32 And the night when on the wane, 33 by the brightening dawn, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 a warning to humankind, 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul is mortgaged for its own deeds. 38 Except those on the Right, (i.e. the pious true believers of Islamic Monotheism); 39 who shall be in the Gardens, and shall ask 40 About the guilty: 41 “What took you into the hell?” 42 They will say: "We were not of those who used to offer their Salat (prayers) 43 And we used not to feed the poor; 44 "But we used to talk vanities with vain talkers; 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 Until the certainty (of death) had come upon us. 47 So the intercession of the intercessors will not benefit them. (The disbelievers will not have any intercessor.) 48 What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder, 49 As if they were startled donkeys – 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. 52 No indeed; but they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Never so, as this is a reminder. 54 so whoever wills shall remember it. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
