No, by the moon! 32 by the retreating night, 33 and the morning when it appears, 34 Surely, it is one of the gravest things, 35 A warning unto humankind 36 To him among you who wishes to go forward or remain behind. 37 Every soul is a pledge for its own deeds; 38 save the Companions of the Right; 39 In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, 40 About the guilty: 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They will say: "We were not of those who used to offer their Salat (prayers) 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 And plunged into useless things with those who were obstinate, 45 “And used to deny the Day of Justice.” 46 until certainty came upon us [in death]." 47 The intercession of the intercessors will be of no benefit to them. 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 As if they were asses taking fright 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 By no means. In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 but this is truly a reminder. 54 So whoever pleases may mind it. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
