Surely We Ourselves have revealed the Quran to you revealing (it) in portions. 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 And, remember the Name of your Lord at the dawn and in the evening; 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change. 28 This surely is a reminder: Therefore whosoever desires may take the way to his Lord. 29 (The virtuous mentioned in this chapter) want only what God wants. God is All-knowing and All-wise. 30 He will admit to His Mercy whom He will and as for the Zalimun, (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) He has prepared a painful torment. 31
