Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
CONSIDER these [messages,] sent forth in waves 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force! 2 and raise (clouds) and scatter them around, 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 by those who bring down the reminder, 5 to provide excuses for some and to give warnings to others: 6 Surely, what you are promised must come to pass. 7 Then when the stars become dim; 8 When the heaven is cleft asunder; 9 and when the mountains crumble into dust 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For what day is it timed? 12 To the Day of Judgement. 13 And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out? 14 Woe on that day unto the beliers 15 Did We not destroy [so many of] those [sinners] of olden days? 16 We will now cause the later ones to follow them: 17 In this wise We do with the culprits. 18 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 19 Did We not create you out of a humble fluid 20 that We laid within a sure lodging 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 Thus We have determined the stages of development and Our power to determine is excellent indeed. 23 Ah woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 for the living and the dead? 26 And made therein lofty mountains, and given you to drink of sweet water? 27 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 28 GO ON towards that [resurrection] which you were wont to call a lie! 29 Proceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns 30 “Which neither gives shade, nor saves from the flame.” 31 Surely it sends up sparks like palaces, 32 So like golden camels." 33 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 34 This is the Day they shall not speak, 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 On that day, woe would be those who have rejected God's revelations! 37 This is the Day of Decision; We have gathered you and all the earlier men. 38 and if you [think that you] have a subterfuge left, try to outwit Me!" 39 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
