Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts 1 which then blow tempestuously 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 and the severally severing 4 and then giving forth a reminder, 5 to serve as an excuse or a warning. 6 surely, that which you have been promised is about to fall! 7 So when the stars are obliterated 8 And when the heaven is cleft asunder; 9 And when the mountains are made into dust and blown away. 10 And when the time comes for raising the little girls (buried alive) -- 11 For what Day was it postponed? 12 For the Day of Sorting out. 13 What will explain to you what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 15 Did We not destroy the ancients? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 Then We placed it in a place of safety (womb), 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 So We did measure, and We are the Best to measure (the things). 23 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 24 Did We not make the earth a receptacle, 25 for the living and the dead, 26 And have placed therein firm, and tall mountains; and have given you to drink sweet water? 27 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 28 Walk on to that which you called a lie. 29 proceed towards the three-pronged shadow, 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 it indeed throws up sparks like castles, 32 which seem as though they are yellow-coloured camels. 33 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 34 This is a Day they will not speak, 35 And permission shall not be given to them so that they should offer excuses. 36 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 37 That is the Day of Judgement on which We have assembled you as well as all those who went before you. 38 Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me! 39 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
